Hi's about to go on trial for his alleged role in MJ's death. New documents filed by the prosecution allege that a first responder called to the scene that day found the dead body of Michael Jackson.
The accused Murray didn't see things in that way. According to Richard Senneff, Murray told him that Jackson "doesn't have a problem, he is fine" when he was actually dead. Murray claimed Jackson had been "practicing all night" and that the doctor said he was "treating him for dehydration" Murray, is expected to claim that his patient drank Propofol prior to his death, according to the reports.
