The Pinay singer sensation, Charice Pempengco should have a concert in Singapore for ‘ David Foster and Friends Concert Tour ‘ but because of the accident happened oh her father, Ricky Pempengco, she skip Singapore concert and apologize to her fans.

The accident happened last October 31, 2011, along A. Bonifacio Road, Barangay Laram, San Pedro, Laguna, where Ricky was having a drinking session.
