Our very own Miss Philippines Gwendoline Ruais took home the 1st runner-up in the recently Miss World 2011 Pageant night last Sunday night, November 6, at the Earls Court Two in London, where Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela was crowned as Miss World 2011.
