The actress has purchased forty pairs (40 pairs) of Louboutins at a time and is a personal friend of the footwear designer.

" Five months " of dating and spotted together at various public hot spots, Leonardo DiCarpio, 36, and his Gossip Girl Blake Lively, 24, is over!
